After splashing out more than $4 million on a cute sandstone house in the same suburb, fashion designer Collette Dinnigan is selling the Paddington home she bought with Richard Wilkins.
The Underwood Street property is on one of the largest landholdings in inner city Paddington, and includes a separate weatherboard cottage, a studio and a three-storey house opening to a swimming pool.
The house is up for auction on September 12, and more than $10 million is expected for the pile.
