Nice. According to today's Sydney Morning Herald story by Kelly Burke, there's a massive problem trying to rectify any building problems and an insurance nightmare waiting to explode. Do yourself a favour and check what kind of gutters are installed on your house - and change 'em if they are high-fronted!
